Milestones Ranch Malibu is a Joint Commission accredited residential treatment center in the Santa Monica Mountains, treating adults for substance use together with co-occurring mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and PTSD. Its approach includes family-systems support for parents, spouses, siblings and children of clients. In July 2024 it received an Inaugural Small Business Award from Los Angeles County Supervisor Lindsey Horvath.
